The Array Controller is the "brain" of your green generator arrays. All Array Solar Panels, Array Watermills and Array Windmills need to be connected to the Array Controller via Array Cables.
You can then connect normal IC2 cables to the Array Controller. Do note that changes to your green generator array might not be immediately apparent since the Array Controller does not check your array every tick to reduce lag.
