Precision Shears are a tool added by Extra Utilities. They are similar to vanilla Shears and can perform all the same functions, although with a higher chance to acquire multiple blocks of Wool from Sheep and with the Wool going straight into the player's inventory.
When a player shift right-clicks on a block that can be broken with stone-tier tools the block will be instantly mined and go directly into the player's inventory (if there is room in their inventory), similar to when an Angel Block is broken—this consumes one point of durability from the Shears. The Shears will preserve the settings of Thermal Expansion blocks that are broken this way. No other block's settings will be preserved.
