Greatwood trees

Greatwood trees will grow from a single sapling. The greatwood tree, a 4x4, will grow centered on the top left corner of the block that the sapling was placed in. i.e. a Greatwood sapling placed at 1,1, will grow to fill [0,0]-[1,1]. GreenZombie76 (talk) 06:36, 10 February 2017 (UTC)

Request for infobox creation

Is there a way to take the Infobox from Thaumcraft 3 and tweak it into Thaumcraft 4 usage? I tried fiddling around with a new page, Module:Infobox/Thaumcraft_4 by altering the code from Module:Infobox/Thaumcraft_3 and using the #invoke extension on Template:Infobox Thaumcraft 4 and it's coming out strange. Could anyone help fix this? It'd be easier to put the aspects in the infobox rather than in its own section in each article. Thanks! (´ヘ｀;) --SirMoogle (talk) 09:58, 16 February 2017 (UTC)

All the GregTech stuff has aspects, and even adds some new aspects. Having a way to add aspects in a consistent standard way across all item articles and not just thaumcraft articles would be useful. 🐇Retep998🐇^{🐰Bunny Overlord🐰} 12:38, 18 February 2017 (UTC)

Being awkwardly placed in another infobox is just awkward. We should have one unified infobox, not a stack of awkward infoboxes with like one parameter each. -Xbony2 (talk) 21:07, 18 February 2017 (UTC)

I guess one thing that could be done (if aspects are integrated into the main navbox) is to link the word "Aspects" to the relevant page if needed. One problem I do foresee with doing that is that there are some changes in aspects between versions 4 and 5, and it'd depend on which version's should be put down. --SirMoogle (talk) 17:15, 20 February 2017 (UTC)

Referring to aspects in article as their icons?

Would it be better to just refer to the aspects in all Thaumcraft 4 articles by using their icons rather than their names? It's easier to associate an aspect with its icon rather than with its Latin name for some players. I named it A16N for two reasons: (1) to match {{Pn}} and {{P16}}; (2) so that it is short (but still descriptive) as using long template names frequently in articles is annoying. -- SatanicSanta🎅^{FTB Wiki Admin} 00:39, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

The accompanying icons are small for me and the lighter-coloured aspects lose some detail against a white background. Maybe change the size to 24x24 px or 32x32 px? --SirMoogle (talk) 00:45, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

SirMoogle I did a tiny bit of CSS'ing at User:TheSatanicSanta/Sandbox/Aspect. Notice their vertical position in the block of text (and that there is no change in the recipe and infobox). What do you think about this? -- SatanicSanta🎅^{FTB Wiki Admin} 05:16, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
