Wasteland is a biome added by ExtrabiomesXL. The biome is quite flat, and very dry. The entire ground is covered in Dried Dirt (also known as Cracked Sand in older versions) which will spread to normal Sand if the config option is turned on. The water in this biome is very brown and murky. The only plants that will spawn is Dead Grass and no trees or animals will spawn.
