Ex Compressum is an add-on mod for Ex Nihilo which provides tools to help reduce the early grind in skyblock maps.
Tinkers Construct
If the mod Tinkers Construct is available, Ex Compressum has the following integration:
- It adds a Tinkers Construct Hammered tool modifier, using a Diamond Hammer. This confers Smashing I to the tool, allowing it to act like a Ex Nihilo Hammer.
- It adds a Double Compressed Diamond Hammer, which will confer Smashing II when applied to a tool, allowing the tool to smash Compressed block variants.
Note that Cobblestone and Compressed Blocks should be smashed with a Pickaxe or Hammer type tool. Uncompressed Gravel, Sand, and Ore Gravel and Ore Sand should be smashed with an Excavator or Shovel.
