The Arthana is a weapon added by Witchery. This weapon is used to increase drop rates for animal drops such as the Wool of Bat, Tongue of Dog, etc. Without the CoFH Core mod, this tool is the only way to obtain Skeleton Skulls, which are key for upgrading the Altar with Alluring Skulls.
