The Augment: Flux Linkage Optimization is an item added by Thermal Expansion 4.
This Augment is used with a Dynamo to increase the base fuel efficiency by 35%. This means it can make fuel last longer to produce energy.
To function, it requires the previous tier of Augment to be installed, Augment: Secondary Gearbox. The effects do not stack; only the highest tier Augment takes effect. This augment can be used to reduce the base fuel energy penalty of the Secondary Transmission Coil, the Flux Modulation Booster and/or the CryoCoil Flux Amplifier augments.
