- Core: Rewrote most of the multiblock library. It is now exponentially more efficient during chunk loading/unloading.
- Core: Rewritten multiblock code should be fully thread-safe, so it can be safely used with MCPC+'s asynchronous chunk loading feature. This should entirely eliminate "double add" exceptions and similar crashes related to asynchronous block changes.

- Bugfix: Fixed a rare crash that could occur when adding fuel rods to a reactor and leaving them unfueled before starting the reactor again
- Config: Added "registerYelloriumAsUranium" under Recipes section. When set to true, yellorium ingots will be aliased in the ore dictionary as "ingotUranium", for use with other mods, and BR recipes will also accept uranium in place of yellorium. When false, recipes will be forced to use yellorium and yellorium will only be registered in the ore dictionary as ingotYellorium. Defaults to true.
