The Bottle of Japanese Ancestry is an item added by Better With Addons. It can be obtained by carrying Glass Bottles while near spirits released by killing a Karate Zombie. 8 Spirits will fill 1 Bottle.
Right clicking a block of Soul Sand with it will empty the bottle and turn the block into Infused Soul Sand, containing 8 spirits. It can also be used on Infused Soul Sand to add 8 spirits to it, or be thrown with a right click, shattering on impact and freeing the spirits.
