The Chemical Reactor is a machine from GregTech 5. Its main use is to produce chemicals like Sodium Persulfate and Glyceryl in fluid form, but it can also be used to make IC2 Fertilizer out of several simple substances.
The Chemical Reactor is also useful to enrich Uraninite Dust with Aluminium or Magnesium Dust, to make Uranium 238 Dust, or to craft Nether Quartz, Quartzite and Certus Quartz out of their respective dust. In GregTech 5 Unofficial, it is also used to refine raw oils and in several processing chains for plastics, fuels, and other oil products.
The machine provides some Vanilla utility recipes too, like the ones for the Eye of Ender or the Glistering Melon, and allows to produce Wet Concrete in fluid form.
Automation[]
Like other GregTech machines which use recipes with both fluids and items, the Chemical Reactor will only reliably receive items into its input slots if they are part of a valid recipe, they do not create an invalid recipe, and a fluid for a valid recipe is already present in the machine.

Like every electric machine in GregTech 5, the Chemical Reactor comes in 5 variants, one for each voltage from Low to Insane.
