The Cocktail Cutlass is a weapon added by Meet Your Fight. It has the same combat stats as a Diamond Sword, but each successful hit as a 1 in 5 chance of applying a random beneficial potion effect to the user. Each effect has an equal chance of being picked, and if applied has a 1 in 10 chance of being applied at level II, and a 1 in 200 chance of being level III instead.

The chance to apply effects and have them applied at higher level depends on the user's luck attribute. The chance to apply an effect is given by the following formula:
- if luck >= 0
- if luck < 0
If an effect is applied, the chance that it's upgraded to level II is half the chance to apply it. If an applied effect is successfully upgraded to level II, the chance it is upgraded to level III is half the chance to be upgraded to level II (or a quarter of the chance to be applied at all).
