The DNA Insulator is a machine added by Advanced Genetics. It is able to create insulated Cells and Helixes, which are both used in the DNA Cloner for cloning mobs.
The DNA Insulator requires energy to function, like all other machines featured in Advanced Genetics. This must either be Redstone Flux (RF), Energy Units (EU), or energy directly via Advanced Genetics' Combustion Generator.
