The Dark Panel is a variation of the Solar Panel added by the Dark Panels mod. This block is functionally identical to the Solar Panel, only it works in darkness rather than the sun. It will also work if there are blocks directly on top of it. Dark Panels will catch fire if they are exposed to light. They produce 1EU/tick.
