The Electric Furnace is a machine from GregTech 5. Its functioning is identical to its IC2 counterpart, being a furnace that has to be fed with electricity to operate. One thing to note, though, is that GregTech 5 disables the crafting for some of the IndustrialCraft 2 machines, just like its Electric Furnace. The GT Electric Furnace is much harder to acquire, and this change aims to increase the difficulty of the game.

Like every electric machine in GregTech 5, the Electric Furnace comes in 5 variants, one for each voltage from Low to Insane.
