Equivalent Exchange 3 is a mod by Pahimar that allows players to transmute materials into other materials, through the use of Equal-Matter Currency (EMC). The current version of the mod is considered prerelease and as such is missing many features the author intends to implement. However, the mod does include some very useful items, such as the Philosophers Stone, the Minium Stone, the Inert Stone, and the Minium Shard.
