The Filter is a simple multipart attachment to Thermal Dynamics Itemducts and Fluiducts. It is used to filter the items or fluids heading through an individual connection of a duct network, either allowing or restricting their flow.

The Filter has the same filtering capabilities as the Servo and Retriever, however it is placed in the middle of a Duct network, rather than at an endpoint, and does not affect the transfer speed of a network. The filter is useful for cutting large-scale duct networks into pieces, where many different items or fluids can enter and traverse but specific items can only exit through certain pathways.
