The Filter Pipe is a pipe added by Extra Utilities. Like the Transfer Pipe, it is used to connect Transfer Nodes and Retrieval Nodes to each other and to other inventories. The Filter Pipe has 6 different colors on each side, which corresponds to the slots in its GUI. When an item is placed in one of the slots, the corresponding side will only allow that item to pass through. The Filter Pipe can also be used to filter liquids (by placing Buckets), and the Filter Pipe has no effect on energy transfer.
