The Fluid Extractor is a machine from GregTech 5. It is very similar to the Squeezer from Forestry, and most of the recipes coincide, but it can also be used to get Molten Glass and Molten Redstone, as well as to get Water and Creosote Oil by other means. The machine is able to recycle Concrete too, giving back Wet Concrete.
One of the most important use of the Fluid Extractor is to liquify metals, which can be later solidified with the Fluid Solidifier. The voltage required to liquify a metal depends on the fusion point of the said metal. However, as of the current version of GregTech 5, V5.05.03, only a few metals have a proper fusion point, like Tin and Tungstensteel, since most of them have set the default temperature of 1000K. This means that the most part of the materials requires the same voltage to be processed. This will be fixed in the next releases.
To remove liquids from the Fluid Extractor, use an Electric Pump connected to pipes.
Recipe
Like every electric machine in GregTech 5, the Fluid Extractor comes in 5 variants, one for each voltage from Low to Insane.
