The Forge Lexicon is a tool added by OmniTools which is used to transmute between different mod ore versions. For example, Forestry copper can be turned into IndustrialCraft 2 copper, or vice versa. This works for ores, ingots, and anything else registered in the Forge Ore Dictionary. Server owners can control what can be transmuted via a configuration file. This is to prevent people turning "Blue Dye" into Lapis Lazuli.
