Turbine Upgrade Kits are a set of items from Advanced Generators. They are used to upgrade lower tier turbines already present in a multiblock structure.
Right-clicking anywhere on the multiblock structure while sneaking upgrades one of the lesser tier turbine rotors. The player will receive the lower tier rotor that can be smelted back into ingots.
