Highlands (mod)

Highlands is a mod originally created by sdj64 and zombiepig, which was later passed on to fabricator77. This mod focuses on world generation, and enhancing the existing biome set. It adds over 40 new biomes, 14 new tree types, some new plants, and world generation types. It adds the Highlands world type, as well as the Highlands Large Biomes world type.

Biomes that are added also have special features. In Highlands, each biome has a unique underground feature as well. This is typically having more specific ores in specific biomes.
