The Lapis Dimension is a dimension added by MoreDimensions.
Entering and Exiting the Lapis Dimension[]
Entering the Lapis Dimension is similar to entering The Nether. However, instead of using Obsidian, Lapis Lazuli Blocks are used. Additionally, the portal is activated with a Lapis Igniter rather then Flint and Steel.
Similar to The Nether, when entering the Lapis Dimension another portal is auto-generated within the new dimension.
The Lapis Portal makes noise, like the Nether Portal.
Landscape[]
The Lapis Dimension's world generation is similar to The Overworld, but it generates Lapis Lazuli Blocks and Lapis Lazuli Ores rather than Grass and Dirt and Stone.
Environment[]
Like The Overworld, the Lapis Dimension has a sequence of day and night, but without rain.
Mobs[]
There are no mobs implemented in the Lapis Dimension yet.
