Level 7 Lycanthropy is a Werewolf level added by Witchery. When the player reaches this level, they would be able to shift-right-click while looking straight up and they will "howl" and will stun nearby mobs.
To reach level 7 Lycanthropy, the player needs to go out in the world and "howl" in 16 different areas.
