The MV Induction Charger is a block added by Immersive Integration. It is is used to charge Redstone Flux (RF) containers and tools, "wirelessly". It is just like the Charging Station, but with a few exceptions. It is only for LV-MV tools and containers, and it cannot charge anything Energy Units (EU) powered. Lastly, standing atop it will charge any items in the player's inventory.
