The Machine Controller is an cover added by the GregTech 5. It can be right-clicked with on any side of the machine except the front side. The cover can be removed with a Crowbar. It will turn off machines with no provided Redstone signal. On multiblock structures, the Machine Controller must be attached to the Controller block; with most multiblock structures the only free side is from below, as on others there is currently no side to apply a Redstone signal. The Machine Controller is also able to control Shutter Modules attached to the same block, making it possible to control item, fluid and energy flow with Redstone signals.
Usage[]
Cover modes can be changed by right-clicking this cover with a Screwdriver or an Electric Screwdriver. Right-clicking will set the cover in the next mode (below the current one in the list), pressing shift while right-clicking will set the cover to the previous mode (above the current one in the list).
- Normal - the default mode, will stop the machine if no Redstone signal is applied to this side.
- Inverted - similar to the previous one, but inverted.
- No Work at all - will completely stop the machine. This mode does not depend on Redstone signal.
