The ManaBuilder Serum Premium Plus™ is a mana filled syringe added by Wizardry. It can be consumed by holding right click. When consumed, the player's mana bar is fully filled and spells cost no mana nor burnouts for 10 seconds. However, the player loses all of his mana, the burnout bar is filled, his health gets reduced to half a heart (1 hp) and he gains the following debuffs for 5 seconds: Hunger IV, Nausea IV, Mining Fatigue IV and Slowness IV.
