Mekanism provides 4 tiers of systems to process ores and to obtain 2, 3, 4, or 5 ingots out of 1 ore. The complexity of the systems rises with each tier and at the higher tiers various secondary machines are required to produce consumables for the main ore-processing line.
The following page shows the layout of these systems as well as some in-game pictures and descriptions. Furthermore, all machines are only mentioned in their basic version—the advanced, elite and ultimate variants only change the amount produced.
Tier 1
The tier 1 system only requires 2 machines and a power supply (e.g., via wind or Heat Generators. The machines can be placed side by side to directly transfer products into the next machine and save transport pipes.
