The Multimeter is a tool added by Thermal Expansion to measure the Redstone Flux in a conduit network and to view input/output information on Tesseracts. Right clicking a tesseract, or conduit with the multimeter will display information about the object in the chat pane.

Usage
On Right Click:
- Tesseracts display owner, frequency, number of inputs and number of outputs.
- Conduits display network saturation.
