The Munchdew is a generating flower added by Botania. It generates Mana by eating Leaves.
The Munchdew generates Mana by eating blocks of Leaves, at a rate of 160 Mana per block. It attempts to eat a block of Leaves every 4 ticks, and checks an area 8 blocks around it horizontally and 16 blocks above. If it cannot find leaves to eat, it goes to sleep for 80 seconds before trying again. Leaves eaten by a Munchdew will not drop Saplings or other items.
A Munchdew can store 10000 Mana internally, and can be bound to a Mana Spreader within 6 blocks of itself to transfer its Mana.
