The Mystical Plinth is part of a two-part multiblock. The Mystical Plinth is placed on the ground and the Forge Lexicon is placed on top of it. When this happens, a Lightning Strike will occur, however this only graphical. The block then can then be used just like the Forge Lexicon, but it can be used with item transportation devices for automation purposes.
