Perfect Recover is a trait added by Skillable. It requires 8 Building levels, 6 Mining levels, 4 Gathering levels and 4 skill points. When unlocked, breaking blocks which drop their components will drop enough to re-craft that block (e.g., Glowstone will drop enough Glowstone Dust for it to be crafted again).
