Perpetual Ice is a block from the Witchery mod. It was introduced in Witchery version 0.20.0, as a way to prevent the ice from the Rite of Icy Expansion from melting. It will only turn to water when broken, but breaks instantly. It can be gathered and placed elsewhere using the silk touch enchantment.
It can be produced using the Ice World brew effect.
