Teleports the caster through a 1 block thick wall in front of them. Range upgrades will increase the thickness you can teleport through.
Phase Step is a spell added by Electroblob's Wizardry.
When cast it teleports the caster behind the targeted block, provided the space immediatly behind it is free and the block isn't unbreakable. It has a casting range of 5 blocks.
Each Wand Range Upgrade increases the maximum amount of blocks the caster can be teleported through by 1.
