The Pregen Command is a command added by Admin Commands Toolbox. It's designed for server operators to generate a part of the world between specific chunk coordinates. When run, it will generate a portion of the Minecraft world between the chunk coordinates defined in the minX, maxX parameters, and the minZ, maxZ. It will work in any dimension, which is defined by the dim parameter.
