The Quartz Oscillator is a block added by InfraRedstone. It has one input and one output. Similarly to a Redstone Repeater, it outputs whatever input it receives after a configurable delay. Right-clicking on it allows the player to set the delay between and including from 0.1 to 10 seconds in increments of 0.1 second. Like other gates, normal Redstone signals are accepted as input which are treated as 1 (000001).
