The Red Matter Hammer is a tool from Equivalent Exchange 2. This tool is a mining tool, used to mine out larger areas than the Red Matter Pickaxe allows for. The Red Matter Hammer does not have a durability.
Once it is charged using the charge key, it allows for 3x3x3, 5x5x5, and 7x7x7 block areas to be destroyed.
It also has two modes, which can be switched with the c key. Normal mode will break a single block at a time. Mega mode will break 3x3x1 blocks at a time.
This tool only allows for rock blocks, so it cannot be used on dirt, sand, gravel, clay, etc. It requires EMC from a Klein Star, or a fuel (Redstone, Glowstone Dust, Gunpowder, Alchemical Coal, Mobius Fuel, and Aeternalis Fuel are all acceptable fuel sources) that is in the user's inventory.
It can be used to create the Red Morning Star.
