The Redstone Clock is a cheap and simple block which emits a redstone pulse once a second, or every 20 ticks. It does not have any visual change when emitting redstone, nor does it emit light when active.
Recipe
Note: The recipe will not accept a lever, a redstone torch only. It would appear the Wiki believes levers and redstone torches to be OreDict equivalent.
