The Seal Upgrade is an upgrade item added by Gendustry. When inserted into an Industrial Apiary, it will effectively make the bees inside act as if it is never raining in terms of breeding, pollination, and production. Only one of these upgrades can be inserted into an Industrial Apiary. It will increase the machine's energy consumption by 5%.
This upgrade is not needed if the bees in the Industrial Apiary have the Tolerant Flyer trait as they will be able to function in rain.
