The Security Camera is a block added by SecurityCraft that allows a player to view the nearby area from its position. Right-click it with a Camera Monitor to bind it. After being bound, it can be viewed from anywhere so long as the chunk the Security Camera is in is loaded. Although the Security Camera rotates on its own, while using the Camera Monitor, the player must control the rotations.
