The Soul fragment is an item added by Extra Utilities. It is only used to craft the Reinforced Watering Can.
When crafted, the player will permanently lose 2 (
) points of maximum health. This health decrease can be reversed by right-clicking the soul fragment (consuming the fragment), or by dying (if "B:soulDrainResetsOnDeath" is set to true in Extra Utilities' config).
A special type of Soul Fragment (with the lore "Soul of a forgotten deity") can be dropped from hostile mobs. The chance of it dropping is 1/43046721 (or 0.0000023%), but it is 10x that with a Kikoku.
