Stackie is a simple utility mod created by Lunatrius for Minecraft 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8. It is intended to improve client and server performance by combining stackable item entities and XP Orbs in-world, reducing the total number of active entities. The radius, frequency, and maximum size at which it attempts to combine stacks can be changed in its config file.
