This template adds a hatnote to the page, which informs the reader about the original creator(s) of the content.

Parameters

• 1,user: The user who originally created the content.
• extra: Use if extra credits are needed. Links to the subpage /Credits of the template-including page.

Notes:

• Don't add empty parameters.

Examples

With a link to the extra credit page.

{{Credit|user=Jinbobo|extra=1}}

produces:

This page was originally created by Jinbobo. Other contributors can be found on the credits page.

Without link to the extra credit page.

{{Credit|user=Jinbobo}}

produces:

This page was originally created by Jinbobo.
