This template can be called to show provide a moralising message to an IP that has contributed to the wiki, and you feel that it's nice that someone without an account still puts the effort to help, rather than to hinder, as many non-registered users choose to do. This is best put on the IP's talk page.
You should put your signature (~~~~) afterwards, as with all talk page messages.
