Creates a link to the template formatted as wikitext, allowing arguments, a language, and substitution to be applied.
Parameters
- 1: The name of the template.
- 2-11: (Optional) Parameters, use
{{=}}to escape "=" if needed. - 12: (Optional) Appends "..." to the end, signifying more parameters.
- subst: (Optional) Precedes the template name with "subst:", to simulate substitution syntax.
- LANG: (Optional) Language code for the template.
- SISTER: (Optional) Interwiki prefix if linking to another wiki, with colon suffix.
