The Thermionic Fabricator is used to melt sand or glass into Liquid Glass. This forms part of the recipe for crafting Electron Tubes used as upgrades in the various Forestry machines, for crafting Farm Blocks and some of the Alveary Blocks. It requires Redstone Flux power to operate.

It will continually draw power to keep the glass molten.
