The Conveyor Belt is a block added by Extra Utilities. When placed, it will move entities in the same direction it was placed at. Crouching on the block will prevent the player from being moved. It is similar to the Conveyor Belt added by MineFactory Reloaded, but mobs can spawn on it, and it causes less lag (since there's no animations for the textures).
