Untitled[edit source]

Welcome to the wiki :D -Xbony2, Master of Feed The Beast Wiki (talk) 11:45, 28 October 2015 (UTC)

Thanks :) I'm still learning all of the code and methods behind things such as infoboxes, crafting grids, etc. So I'm sorta just going off what other pages have used, and I've copied and pasted certain parts and just edited to suit the subject I'm talking about. I'll have to hop on IRC later tonight and find out more information on how this wiki works ahaha. Luke14199 (talk) 03:50, 29 October 2015 (UTC)

That's pretty much what ya do. -- SatanicSantaFTB Wiki Admin 05:26, 29 October 2015 (UTC)

Any edits made by the account Luke127 are mine, my apologies for that. I did not realise I had two accounts, Luke127 was most likely created far before this account and I'd forgotten the password to it at that time. Luke14199 (talk) 01:12, 6 January 2016 (UTC)

Categories and languages[edit source]

You should be using [[Category:RotaryCraft]] rather than [[Category: RotaryCraft]] (note the space). While it's not technically wrong, pretty much the entire wiki, along with all other wikis, use the former. Also, please always put <languages /> at the very end of each article. Thanks. Keep up the good articles. -- SatanicSantaFTB Wiki Admin 04:40, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

Oh, and please use {{About}} on disambiguated pages. -- SatanicSantaFTB Wiki Admin 04:43, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
Ah ok, I read somewhere that we're not to touch language stuff unless we're a translator haha, that's why haven't been adding those tags at the end, but I'll gladly do so now. Regarding the category thing, sorry about that, small typo. Cheers, Luke14199 (talk) 05:18, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
SatanicSanta it specifically says on the Manual of Style page in the translation section that "Please leave out any translation tags or elements on English pages.". That's what I was talking about with regards to me seeing it somewhere. So should I use the language tags or no? Luke14199 (talk) 05:28, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
Always put <languages /> at the bottom of the article. It isn't a translation tag, it is a language bar that is used to switch between translations. 🐇Retep998🐇🐰Bunny Overlord🐰 05:45, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
Ohhh ok haha, sure no problem Retep, I can do that from now on. I'll add it to the list of things to add during final checks. Luke14199 (talk) 05:49, 10 January 2016 (UTC)

"NOTE"[edit source]

Please see the Manual of Style for stuff about adding "NOTE" to articles. Thanks for your efforts being put into the wiki :) -- SatanicSantaFTB Wiki Admin 07:24, 12 January 2016 (UTC)

NEW ACCOUNT[edit source]

Hey guys, I've contacted curse and this is now my account name for all future edits. This accounts profile is identical to Luke14199, with the exception that I don't yet have my staff tags. I'm also presently logged in from school, so the IP address will be different for the moment. I'll be adding this as a section I heading when I get home. The only reason the Luke14199 account is still active is because my computer browser hasn't logged me out of it (remember me functions...) it is no longer able to be logged into.
