Russian translation

Almost none of the template documentation is marked up for translation, because when using templates you always have to edit the English version of the page, which means any editors likely know Englishand are thus capable of reading the English documentation. It is a goal in the future to have translated documentation, but it is not as high priority as having the templates and articles translated. Translation issues

• The translation of the doc of a template doesn't show on the main page of the template.
• Can you mark the name of the template for translation? Then I can apply the templates that are translated on the pages needed. Something like "infoboxmod -> infoboxmod/zh-cn"
• The "All templates" page are not available for translation.
• The style of the other languages's index is different from the English one.

• Translated docs should appear on the translated page of the template. If you find one that doesn't, point me at it so I can deal with it.
• When pages are marked up for translation, the translation admin will usually add {{L}} to the name of translatable template invocations which will automatically use the translated version of a template on translated pages with no effort from the translator. The infobox templates actually use a lua module underneath which automatically fetches the strings from the language specific secondary module without needing {{L}}, although {{Infobox mod}} is still using the old system.
• You can now translate Feed_The_Beast_Wiki:All_templates.
• That will be fixed soon.

Things to fix
