The Void Bramble is a plant added by Witchery. This plant is very similar to the Ender Bramble; when an entity walks into it they will be teleported to a random location within 500 blocks. Additionally, it nullifies circle magic that has started within 32 blocks. Once the Void Bramble is placed, only the player who placed it can break it, unless another player is in Creative mode.
