The Wizard is a neutral mob added by Electroblob's Wizardry. It spawns in Wizard Towers.

Each Wizard spawns with a random Element, with Magic having a 50% chance of being chosen while the others have equal probabilities, wearing a full set of Wizard Armor and a Magic Wand of that element. Each Wizard also spawns knowing 5 spells: Magic Missile, Heal (or Greater Heal for Healing Wizards) and 3 random spells from its element (or random elements if the Wizard's element is Magic). The Magic Wand a Wizard wields is always strong enough to cast all spells it knows.

Wizards will attack nearby hostile monsters with the spells it knows, as well as any players that either attack it or break blocks in its Wizard Tower. When not attacking players can right click them to trade with them.

A Wizard will always offer to buy Spell Books for Magic Crystals, and will will sell various magic equipment, including Spell Books, Tomes of Arcana, Magic Wands, Wand Upgrades or Wizard Armor, for Emeralds, Diamonds or Gold Ingots alongside Magic Crystals. Wizards associated with Magic will never sell Master Spell Books or Master Wands of any element (with the exception of the Master Wand), and Wizards with an element will sell Spells and equipment of their elements much more often.

Just like Villagers, trading with a Wizard will unlock new trades. A Wizard can have up to 12 trades at once and the more trades are unlocked the more likely they are to be Spells and Magic Wands of a higher tier.

When killed it doesn't drop anything.
